FLOODS FOLLOWED BY LANDSLIDES Flooding is a down phenomenon (which is usually dry) because increasing volume of water. Flooding can occur due to various factors such as excessive water flooding in a place due to heavr rain, overflowing of river water, or oautbreak of a river dam.
